Founder of LL&CO – The Frenchie Connexion

French by adoption, Brazilian by birth, I worked for more than 10 years in the world of management, consulting and strategic development.

What I love most: understanding the issues, connecting people, and sharing to make my clients independent.

LL&CO was born from this desire: to support differently, by creating bridges between cultures, between ideas and actions, between the international and the concrete.

Today, I help companies structure partnerships, secure their relationships with suppliers (particularly in Brazil), and grow in a world that is more connected than ever—but with rigor, clarity, and trust.

Part of the year, I also live and work in the United States, where my family ties have naturally transformed into opportunities for learning and transmission.

I am developing academic links there (notably with Cornell University), I am continuing my educational and intercultural monitoring, and I am integrating this dual reading - European and North American - into my support.

Working with me means offering a bicultural perspective, but above all, one that is triple-rooted: France – Brazil – USA.
