Franco-Brazilian, with strong roots in the United States, I have crossed three cultures, three languages, multiple visions of work... to make it a strength.

For over 14 years, I have been supporting companies in their structuring, strategic networking and international expansion efforts - particularly between France and Brazil.

What sets me apart? I don't just provide support in the field. I also share what I experience.

I also teach in management schools, where I connect theory with my field experience: real-life situations, complex decisions, intercultural relationships, etc. My goal: to make intelligible what seems vague, and to provide future professionals with concrete keys.

This dual role—practitioner and educator—is at the heart of LL&CO. I believe that effective support only makes sense if it helps you progress sustainably, confidently, and with a true understanding of the issues at stake.
